Competition terms and conditions:
1. Liverpoolfc.tv is the promoter.
2. The closing date for the competition is Midnight 16th May 2008
3. The first person (meeting the criteria set out in points 4 & 11) drawn at random after the closing date will be judged the winner.
4. The competition is open only to residents of the UK only aged above 16 years.
5. The judges decision is final.
6. No correspondence will be entered into in connection with the competition (including the result)
7. The winners may be required to participate in future publicity.
8. The winner will be notified via the mobile number to which they purchased the Mobilezone LFC product.
9. The prize is a Liverpool 2007/2008 home shirt signed by Fernando Torres and Steven Gerrard.
10.There is no alternative to the prize. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available
11.Entry into the competition is by buying any product or by subscribing to an Official LFC Alerts service for at least two weeks from the LFC Mobilezone: www.liverpoolfc.tv/mobilezone or wap.liverpoolfc.tv between midnight on the 13th April 2008 and the closing date (inclusive).
12. Multiple entry is allowed. Each purchase from mobilezone within the qualifying period will equal one competition entry.
13. No third party entries will be accepted.
14. No purchase is necessary. To enter simply send your name, mobile number, email address and date of birth to: Mobilezone Competition, LFC TV UNIT 14, Matchworks II, Speke Road, Liverpool, L19 2RF. Apllications by post must be received before the closing date.
15. Applications to enter must be made through the Wapsite or Website or by post. No other form of entry will be accepted.
16. The winner shall be notified by the mobile number that they entered with within 2 days of the closing date.
17. The winner will have 24 hours from the time of notification of their winning entry to respond to Liverpoolfc.tv in order to arrange the details of their prize. Failure to respond within this period and/or agree dates may (at Promoter’s discretion) result in forfeiture of the prize.
18. The Promoter reserves the right at all times to substitute elements of the Promotion.
19. Entry to the prize draw confirms acceptance of these rules as final and legally binding.
20. Liverpoolfc.tv reserves the right to reserve entry of, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of the prize draw rules.
21. Liverpoolfc.tv reserves the right to cancel this competition and to make any amendment or addition to these terms.
22. Liverpoolfc.tv accepts no responsibility for electronic entries that are not received or delivered.
