There are a number of things you can do to try to resolve this problem:

Next:

1. Select the ’Security’ Tab
2. Open ‘Custom Level’
3. Scroll down active scripting
4. Ensure it is set to 'Enable'.
5. Scroll further to ‘Scripting of Java Applets’
6. Ensure it is set to ‘Enable’
7. Press OK

5. It is also possible that this problem has been caused by a firewall on your machine blocking cookies externally to Internet Explorer. If this is the case you will need to amend your firewall to allow our cookies.
